Disclaimer...I'm new at this. So, go easy on me. It just seemed high time to join in. I think I might be a little behind...but better late than never. Right?
I used to think that blogging might be a bit presumptuous...I mean, isn't it a little self-important to think that my small life in my small corner of the world might prove to be a good read? But then, in reading the blogs of pals, near strangers, and perfect strangers - the minutiae and small adventures of the day-to-day turned out to be so...compelling. The voyuer in me, I suppose. Not to mention, some people turned out to be great writers...or very informative...or unexpectedly profound...or terribly funny. So, here I am...joining in.
I think I'll write...whatever strikes my fancy (it's our blog after all). I'll be sure to include a little update on our stateside adventures - to keep those transatlantic family ties going strong. And a little light reading for our friends and fam on this side of the pond - who will make plenty of cameo appearances, I assure you. Oh, and comments are welcome. Just no heckling.
