So much for spring, it's all of a sudden gotten cold again and rainy. Perfect weather to stay in bed, but unfortunately that's not an option. My green card came in the mail yesterday, complete with a letter welcoming me to the United States. No it isn't green but it does have a very cool metallic strip on the back with my lovely mug hologramed onto it. It even has miniature portraits of every past president (including Bushie) and the flags off all 50 states. It's nice to know my tax money is being well spent. So I guess Canada will be my first opportunity to use it, though I would be perfectly happy going back to the beach this weekend and trying out that fishing spot.
It really feels like Tuesday afternoon, five o'clock cannot come fast enough. Ben
