Currently: sitting on the day bed watching rain turn our world lush and green.
Planning: not to make dinner and eat cheese + bread instead.
Just returned: from a spontaneous trip to the beach to clear our heads.
Recently attended: the nephew's 3rd birthday with a very impressive construction-themed birthday cake (Note: candy corn as orange safety cones. My sister-in-law is brilliant.)
Dreaming of: a holiday in Mexico. 3 weeks from yesterday, that's where we'll be.
Daisy the Dog: hiding out in the bathroom (due to thunder and lightning).
