Homeowners

We closed yesterday and enjoyed pizza and beer in our new house last night. Originally the former owners were going to rent from us for a few days, but they changed their plans and moved earlier (interestingly, they moved to DC, so it's as if we switched places with them). So, the house is fully ours! We've already decided to leave as much of our ratty furniture behind and start out fresh in our new place. There's painting to be done and much gardening, but compared to Pete's place this is going to be a breeze.
