a good day

Today, it feels like autumn has finally arrived. So, we took Daisy for a walk, wrapped up in sweaters, shuffling through fall leaves.

After that, we went here for brunch.

After that, we planned to go here to see a new exhibit. But we ran out of time, so we went straight to the movies to see this film, which was quirky and touching (with an excellent soundtrack).

And very soon, the nephews are coming over to spend the evening with us. And tomato soup will be simmering on the stove.
